Module 1 — EVSE Foundations & Site Readiness: EV fundamentals, OEM standards, codes, load calculations, charging equipment, grid integration, site assessment, network communication, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting.
Module 2 — EV Systems & Technical Diagnostics: Safety, high-voltage batteries, capacitors, electronic components, converters, inverters, motors, wiring, charging systems, diagnostics, hazards, protective measures.
Module 3 — OSHA, EHS & Qualified Electrical Work: OSHA 30, hazard communication, PPE, electrical safety, machine safety, fall protection, ergonomics, cybersecurity, emergency procedures, QEW training.
Module 4 — Onsite EVSE Hardware Practice: Electrical working safety, installation tools, measuring tools, hardware architecture, assembly, installation, commissioning, control, communication, diagnostics, maintenance, repair.
Module 5 — Vendor Hands-On Qualification: InCharge Energy, ABB, and Tritium hands-on practice and qualification.
Module 6 — Career Readiness: Professionalism, communication, goal setting, teamwork, leadership, work effort estimation, career development.
